State-of-the-art CNC turning/turning milling machines
We manufacture turned parts made of stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, plastics and many other materials of the highest quality and precision. Small and medium-sized series are sanded, brushed, lapped, honed or cleaned according to customer requirements and area of application if required. State-of-the-art CNC machines from Traub, Index, Emco, Spinner, Boley and Traminer are used. As a result, we are able to guarantee reliable production with a tolerance in the μ range. We produce from the bar in the range of ø 1mm to 65mm and a chuck part machining up to ø 150 mm.

Hard turning for accurate contours
Used for machining pre-hardened or hardened workpieces. Very dimensionally accurate inner and outer contours with high surface quality can be produced.
This ensures the efficient production of heat-treated parts.
Due to the hard turning, the following tolerances can be adhered to:
Roundness: 0,002mm
Concentricity: 0,002
Cylindrical shape: 0,003mm

Efficient production with high-performance multi-spindle machines
Efficient manufacturing on state-of-the-art CNC multi-spindle machines in order to be able to economically produce turned/turned milled parts at the highest quality level. This technology is mainly used for high quantities, depending on the complexity from about 30,000 pieces.
